I just wanted to take time to thank you for your seminar on stress. It has been a couple of weeks since our meeting, and I am still receiving comments on how individuals are using the information you provided in their home and work environment. As individuals who have to work with the public and co-workers, the information you provided was beneficial in learning to cope with things they cannot change.

I can assure you, the class was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Once again, thank you for the time you spent with us in Monterey.
