Our office provided this training to staff in the late 1990s. The program was very well received then. We provided it to a new group of staff this year and the feedback was extremely positive: an average of 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
I attended the training myself this time, and can honestly say that it’s life-changing. I joked that it’s a good as a session with a therapist, but a lot cheaper. But it’s true. This is a very cost-effective way to bring life-changing health and productivity benefits to our employees.
