It is with enthusiasm that I recommend Clarity Seminars for workforce development and training. In May of 2014, the City of San Jose’s Office of Economic Development provided a department-wide training to its employees. Led by Karen and David Gamow, the training was called “Martial Arts for the Mind: Stress Management Skills for Health and Peak Performance.”
Through this training, staff learned key physical and cognitive skills aimed at managing challenging work situations and other stress-inducing life situations. The Gamows shared life skills aimed at physical and mental health, particularly aimed at 21st century employees and work environments. Within a few weeks, employees have been citing the integration of their techniques into their daily lives.
Karen and David Gamow were knowledgeable, professional and experienced. It was a pleasure to work with them.
