Thank you for your recent series of stress-reduction seminars at Burns Philp. The short sessions provided useful perspective and specific techniques to help limit stress, which is already having a positive impact on office communications, productivity, and general workplace effectiveness. This is not the kind of thing I would usually make time for, but I’m very glad I attended. Personally, I found the time a worthwhile investment, as I gained valuable insights from the program.
